Gaelle Chatenet is a French citizen who has been residing in Tokyo, Japan for the last 20 years. Though she has a business background, a car accident in 2010 and the subsequent recovery process introduced her to Sophrology and NLP. This experience eventually led her to switch careers completely, and what had been one of the worst moments in her life ended up changing it for the better. She launched her coaching and well-being business two years ago.
